An “NTM Blog Post Content Violation” message means your post contains a blocked word and was not published. An “NTM Blog Post Alert” message means your post was published, but contains a word that might be a problem and you need to review your post.
The email message you receive contains an explanation about why a word is blocked or alerted. Please be sure to read these messages carefully. NTM is counting on you to abide by organization guidelines and blog with integrity.
If the message is a “Content Violation” message the post has been saved as a draft and will not appear on your blog until the blocked word has been addressed. The content filter is constantly being revised based on safety issues and guidelines. It is possible to add exception phrases to words that would otherwise be blocked in some contexts.
If you have a question or would like to have a word reviewed, please email blog_support@ntm.org and include a link to the post in question. Please keep in mind that there may be issues much further reaching than you are currently aware when requesting changes to the current content filter.
