How do I get a new password?

July 1, 2010 by Stephen Narwold

If you forget your password follow these simple steps to get a new one.

  1. Go to your WordPress login page.
  2. Enter your blog username in the “Username” field.
  3. Click on the “Lost your password?” link under the login screen.
  4. In a minute you will receive an email with a link in it. Click on that link to confirm you are the owner of the email address associated with your blog.
  5. In another minute you will receive a second email containing a new password.
  6. The first time you login, you will see a link to change the password to something you can remember.

If you’ve forgotten the location of your login page or what your username is, please email blog_support@ntm.org from your NTM.org email address and that information will be sent to you.
