(*This only applies to blogs that were created before 2015 or use the old Nextcellent gallery. See our Foogallery instructions for a much better user experience) Your Photos page requires the correct My Album ID for the page to display “My Album” galleries. The original code on your Photos page should be: [album id=1]
If you deleted “My Album,” go to “Album” under the Gallery menu options on the left and create a new album called “My Album.” At the top of the same “Managing Albums” page, select the new “My Album” in the drop-down “Select album” list. Then drag the galleries you want to appear on your Photos page into the left “Album ID?: My Album” column. Click “Update” before leaving the page.
Notice the ID number next to your newly created “My Album.” The original number was “1” and the original code on your Photos page was [album id=1]
Now that your My Album ID is “2,3 or 4” you will need to go to your “Pages” menu and edit your Photos page. Change your My Album tag on your Photos page to match your new My Album ID.
If your your new My Album ID is “3” you would change your album tag from [album id=1] to [album id=3] Make sure you “Update Page” before leaving your Photos page.
It might be useful to mention that the [album id=3] should be posted into the “html” portion of the page. Honestly it took me a week to figure that one out.
Still learning about this blogging thingy…
Thank you for your post.
